Coffee Connect at CNS Summit 2026

Meet someone worth knowing. We’ll make the introduction.

Share a short profile. One week after CNS Summit, our team starts making personal email introductions between attendees who joined.

Matched? You each get a $10 coffee card.

Your details and 5 quick questions. Joining is optional, so enjoy your coffee either way.

The most valuable thing at a clinical research conference doesn’t happen in a session room.

It happens in the hallway. Over a cup of coffee. Between two people who didn’t know they needed to meet.

So we built something around that. No pitch. No agenda. Just a genuine match and a reason to connect.

How Coffee Connect works

Your half of the introduction.

You tell us who you are and what you love talking about. Our team looks for the other half.

  1. Share a short profile

Your contact details, then five quick questions. On your phone or on the iPads at our coffee station.

  2. We look for common ground

One week after CNS Summit, our team starts reviewing profiles from attendees who joined.

  3. You both get an introduction

When we find a relevant match, we introduce you by email and send you each a $10 coffee card. Meet for a virtual coffee when it suits you.

Matches depend on who joins, so introductions aren’t guaranteed. Joining is always optional.

Who should we introduce?

We’ll use these details for your introduction email. Everything is required unless it’s marked optional.

Human connection. That is what PatientPartner does.

Coffee Connect is a small taste of what we build for patients: the right person, a shared experience, and a reason to keep talking.

Our Mentor Connect platform brings peer mentorship to patients across their clinical trial journey, helping them feel informed, supported, and connected along the way.

  1. Mentor matching

A match that starts with shared experience.

Patients connect with a disease- and trial-experienced peer who understands the emotions and questions that come with trial participation.

    • Relevant lived experience
    • Real-world guidance
    • Support that feels grounding and human

  2. Human conversations

Space for the questions that matter to patients.

One-to-one conversations make space for real-life experience, everyday worries, and the human side of trial participation.

    • Private, judgment-free conversations
    • Perspective from someone who’s been there
    • Support beyond what’s in study materials

Illustrative example, not a real conversation. Mentors share lived experience; study teams remain responsible for medical advice and trial care.
  3. Participant insights

A clearer view of what participants need.

Understand what matters to participants during the trial, so program and site teams can see where to focus and improve the experience.

    • Engagement patterns across the trial
    • Themes in participant concerns
    • Needs that come up between visits

Context that guides program and site teams toward meaningful action.
